The full text of the consent you give by ticking the box and submitting a form on mka.moscow.

This is an English translation provided for the convenience of English-speaking visitors. In case of any discrepancy, the Russian version prevails.

Version 1.0 of 1 September 2026.

1. Who the consent is given to, and for what

By completing and submitting a form on the mka.moscow website I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give my consent to Obshchestvo s ogranichennoy otvetstvennostyu «Kovalev i partnery» (the Kovalev, Malyutov, Tsypkalo & Partners Moscow Bar Association; OGRN 1197700012377, INN 9729287911, address: 12 Koshtoyantsa Street, premises 2 / room 1, Moscow 119454, Russia, e-mail: info (at) mka.moscow) — the “Operator” — to process my personal data on the terms set out below.

The consent is given within the meaning of art. 9(1) of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data” and is specific, informed, conscious and unambiguous.

2. The personal data covered

Consent is given to the processing of the following data: surname, first name and patronymic, or any other name I have given; telephone number; e-mail address; the information I voluntarily provide in the free-text field “Describe your situation”; the subject of the enquiry I select; the date and time of the enquiry; and the IP address and browser and device data transmitted automatically when the form is submitted.

Special categories of personal data (art. 10 of Law No. 152-FZ) are not requested through the form. The hint under the free-text field expressly asks visitors not to give information about health, criminal record, ethnicity or religion, or passport and bank details — such information is taken at a consultation in person, in the manner provided for by art. 10(2) of the Law.

3. Purposes of processing

The data is processed for the following purposes: considering my enquiry; contacting me to clarify the request and to provide a consultation; preparing, concluding and performing an legal-assistance agreement or other agreement; and complying with the Operator's statutory obligations.

Informational and marketing messages are sent only where the corresponding box in the form has separately been ticked. That tick is optional: without it an enquiry is handled in the ordinary way (art. 18(1) of Federal Law No. 38-FZ of 13 March 2006 “On Advertising”).

4. Operations covered

Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating (renewal, alteration), extraction, use, transfer (provision of and access to), blocking, deletion and destruction.

Processing is carried out both with and without the use of automation (mixed processing). No cross-border transfer of personal data is carried out. No decision producing legal effects is taken solely on the basis of automated processing (art. 16 of Law No. 152-FZ).

5. Transfer to third parties

The Operator may entrust the processing of personal data to persons providing the website, e-mail, telephony and customer relationship management services, under an agreement containing confidentiality and data security obligations (art. 6(3) of Law No. 152-FZ). Those persons are listed in the Personal Data Processing Policy and identified on request.

Where resolving my question requires the involvement of an advocate, my contact details may, with my separate consent, be passed to an advocate of the Kovalev, Malyutov, Tsypkalo & Partners Moscow Bar Association. What I tell an advocate is covered by advocate–client privilege (art. 8 of Federal Law No. 63-FZ of 31 May 2002).

The Operator does not sell personal data and does not pass it to third parties for their own purposes.

6. Term of the consent

The consent runs from the day it is given for 3 (three) years, or until the day it is withdrawn — whichever comes first.

Processing need not cease in respect of data whose retention is required by law, including accounting and tax records.

7. How to withdraw the consent

I may withdraw this consent at any time. It is enough to send a statement in free form: by post to 12 Koshtoyantsa Street, premises 2 / room 1, Moscow 119454, Russia, or by e-mail to info (at) mka.moscow.

Please give the surname, first name and the contact details you used when making the enquiry — otherwise we cannot find your record.

Processing ceases within 30 days of receipt of the withdrawal, unless retention of the data is required by law (arts. 9(2) and 21 of Law No. 152-FZ). Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.

8. My rights

I have been informed of the rights of a data subject under Chapter 3 of Law No. 152-FZ: to obtain information about the processing of my data (art. 14); to require it to be rectified, blocked or destroyed (art. 21); to object to processing for the purposes of promoting services; to withdraw consent; and to complain about the Operator's actions to Roskomnadzor or to a court (art. 17).

A reply to a request is given within 10 working days of its receipt; that period may be extended by no more than 5 working days, with notice (art. 20(1) of the Law).

9. Confirmations

I confirm that the data I have given belongs to me personally and is accurate, and that I am acting in my own interest and am entitled to give this consent.

I confirm that I have read the Personal Data Processing Policy of the Kovalev, Malyutov, Tsypkalo & Partners Moscow Bar Association.
